We can start you in the right direction and get you on the Pathway to Recovery.
Just give us a call at: (916)235-9259
If you or someone you know needs help, call our Admissions Department 24 hours a day for a free confidential assessment with one of our
Counselors. Our staff will answer all your questions about our alcohol and drug treatment program, the disease of addiction and its impact on the family. At that time we can schedule your room and give you a list of items to bring for your stay. We can also make referrals to interventionists and other recovery services as needed.
Admissions Process
- When you call, you will speak with an Admissions Counselor who will guide you through a brief and confidential telephone assessment.
- Once the assessment is completed, the Admissions Counselor will determine the most appropriate level of care for you. If the Counselor recommends treatment at Pathways Recovery, he or she will book a date for you to come in and reserve a bed. Our bed space is limited. So we may ask you to put a deposit on your space to secure it for your arrival.
- You should know what to bring to treatment and what not to bring to treatment. There is a complete list of items listed on this website which you can find by following this link. Our counselors are also available 24/7 to answer any other questions you may have prior to your arrival at Pathways Recovery.
- If you’re coming from out of town for a stay in our residential treatment facility, Pathways will arrange to pick you up at the Sacramento airport or downtown at the train station. If you need to be picked up somewhere else in the Sacramento area, we can accommodate that as well.
Pathways Recovery accepts all major credit cards as well as cash. We also have financing available for your detox treatment with zero interest for the first 12 months. There are additional other private pay options available for your detox treatment including coverage for your detox treatment by your private insurance (Blue Cross/Shield, Cigna, Aetna, others). Currently, we do not take Medi-Cal. Talk to your admissions counselor about your options.
We are also an approved provider for the California American Indian Recovery Services (CAIRS) program. If you or your loved one is of Native American or Alaska Native descent, we can provide you with the addiction treatment you need that fits within the CAIRS guidelines for coverage.
