Our Dining Experience
Our menu is designed to be incredibly satisfying and comforting while being healing at the same time.
Daily fresh pressed juices are packed with nutrients that are quickly absorbed in the stomach into the body without having to be digested through the digestive track. These fresh pressed juices are great during the detox process when eating solid foods may not yet be desired or ideal.
Daily protein smoothies are made to be highly anti-inflammatory and low in sugar so they are diabetic friendly. Easy to digest and loaded with protein, healthy fats and lots of fiber to aid in workout recovery, good digestion and overall restoration of good health.
All of our meals are prepared fresh daily with the freshest ingredients we can find.
