Amanda Lowrey is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with more than 10 years of experience in the substance use treatment field. She earned her Master of Science in Counseling from California State University, Fullerton in 2015 and has been dedicated to helping individuals and families heal from the effects of addiction ever since. Amanda believes that recovery is possible through compassionate, individualized care. Amanda takes a holistic, client-centered approach to treatment, recognizing the importance of addressing the emotional, psychological, physical, and relational aspects of recovery. She incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic therapy to help clients understand the underlying causes of substance use, develop healthier coping skills, and create lasting change. Amanda is committed to providing a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel empowered to overcome challenges, strengthen relationships, and build a foundation for long-term recovery and overall well-being.
